- 2 cloves garlic
- Hot pepper (peperoncino) to taste

- Salt & Black Pepper
- A bunch of parsley

Pasta al Tonno

- Chop garlic and peperoncino and fry with some oil until golden
in color.
- Bash tuna fish with a fork and let fry a little with the
garlic and peperoncino.
- Pour out the 1/2 glass of white wine and let cook on strong
fire until wine is almost dry.
- Add contents of tomato can and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta ìal denteî .
- Drain water and mix pasta it in the frying pan with the other
ingredients and add the chopped parsley.
Serve hot |
