Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg of Spaghetti
  •  1/4 kg can of Tuna Fish
  •  1 kg can of chopped peeled tomatoes
  •  1/4 cup vegetable oil
  •  2 cloves garlic
  •  Hot pepper (peperoncino) to taste
  •  1/2 glass of white wine
  •  Salt & Black Pepper
  •  A bunch of parsley

Pasta al Tonno

  1. Chop garlic and peperoncino and fry with some oil until golden in color.
  2. Bash tuna fish with a fork and let fry a little with the garlic and peperoncino.
  3. Pour out the 1/2 glass of white wine and let cook on strong fire until wine is almost dry.
  4. Add contents of tomato can and let cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta ìal denteî .
  6. Drain water and mix pasta it in the frying pan with the other ingredients and add the chopped parsley.
Serve hot
